These Apps Can Help You Reduce Food Waste

OFF-GRID ESSENTIALS

The food waste problem is a global issue. Roughly one-third of all food produced for human consumption ends up in the trash. About $218 billion worth of food is lost each year due to spoilage and other reasons. Luckily, there are some apps designed to reduce this number and help you put the food that was going to be wasted back on your plate!
